Refund policy

At VYRA, we offer a 7-day return and replacement policy.

Eligibility for return:
Item must be unused and in original condition.
Item must be returned with original packaging and tags intact.
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:
Used, washed, or damaged products by customer.
Items without original packaging or tags.
Products marked as final sale.

Refund process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Return shipping:
Return shipping cost is generally borne by the customer.
If the product is defective, damaged, or wrong item delivered, VYRA will cover return shipping.
